Frequently asked questions

Our typical engagement begins at £5,000,000 for acquisition financing, with bespoke structures available for portfolios exceeding £25,000,000. Each mandate is assessed on its individual merits and the sophistication of the underlying asset.

We finance the full spectrum of luxury maritime assets: motor yachts, sailing yachts, explorer vessels, support vessels, and commercial superyachts. Vessels must typically exceed 24 metres in length and be classed with a recognised classification society.

All engagements are governed by strict non-disclosure agreements. Client identities, vessel details, and facility terms are held in the strictest confidence. Our team operates on a need-to-know basis with institutional lending partners.

For straightforward acquisition financing, we typically achieve financial close within 4–6 weeks. Complex syndicated facilities or new-build construction financing may require 8–12 weeks, depending on the scope of due diligence and lender syndication.

Yes. Our new-build financing solutions cover the full construction lifecycle, from stage payments to shipyards through to final delivery and commissioning. We work closely with leading European and Asian shipyards to structure milestone-based drawdown facilities.
